Apples, black tea, green tea, onions, raspberries, red wine, red grapes, citrus fruits, broccoli, cherries and most leafy green vegetables are all great sources of quercetin. This flavanoid can also be found in honey and the sap of the eucalyptus and tea tree flowers.
Aside from the two ingredient mentioned above, a healthy prostate is also dependant on a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E, and plenty of water to help flush the bladder.
