Should you use acai?

No one commenting today on supplements can ignore acai berries. These come in liquid form from corporations such as Monavie, or in capsule form from you local pharmacy. The latter supplier is much less expensive, by the way.

What about these amazing supplements? First of all, acai really is good. It gives you a lift, opens up your sinuses and reportedly does an outstanding job as an anti-oxidant. Therefore anyone can benefit from using them especially right after a workout. That is particularly true if you are involved in a weight loss program that might in fact leave constantly hungry or tired. Acai will make those hunger pangs disappear and give you a welcome lift.

Usually acai is promoted in conjunction with a powerful colon cleansing product. This cleans the toxins out of one’s intestines, making the same amount of acai even more potent.

The two products together are talked of highly by  everyone who tries them. The writer has never heard anything negative from anyone and has himself tried them. They are excellent and should be a part of anyone’s diet, whether he is overweight or not. We all need anti-oxidants, and we all need to keep our colons free of debris. It would be far too optimistic to think that our normal daily diets could always keep our physical  systems working optimally. This is simply never the case,

We all eat food that contain undesirable pesticides and other unhealthy debris which do not easily process through our bodies. They often remain trapped within, accumulating in the colon. These cause a slowing down of the system in the best instances and actual disease in the worst. Sometimes they are even thought to result in cancer.

Acai berries work to counter the effects of these problems. The colon cleanser eliminates the massive build up which all too many of us experience. This has been graphically talked about as the proverbial six pounds of undigested red meat that people have in their stomachs on the date of their death.

Should everyone use this particular product to counter these effects? No. Some of us use other products which do the same. Those include green tea and phyto enriched multi-vitamins in conjunction with other types of periodic colon cleansing. But, not all of us already do that. If you are among those who do not, acai and its sister colon cleansing product may be what you should really incorporate into your dietary regimen. It could make a life saving difference in some extreme cases.
